Measure Payout Mechanics The Alexander Group has developed a list of commonly used payout mechanics that can be customized to meet specific business needs. The list includes:
  • Individual Commission rates (ICR): Pay a percentage of revenue.

  • Ramped Commissions: Pay different percentages of revenue in particular ranges of quota achievement.

  • Stepped Bonus: Pay a percentage of target incentive at different levels of quota achievement.

  • Flat Bonus: Pay a flat dollar amount at some level of quota attainment.

  • Formulas: Various formulas based on budget and organizational revenue.

Participants Create an unlimited number of participants and track their status and job assignment across time.
Quotas Create quotas for each participant, payout period, and performance measure combination.
Rollups Identify the crediting rollup hierarchy using the Revenue Rollup Administrator. Rollup all the revenue or partial revenue, as necessary.
Reports Use standard web-based reports.
Adjustments and Draws Record draws against future incentive pay and adjustments to current incentive pay.
Security Provides access to screens and reports configured at the user level. Configure your own data level security.
